When can I book an appointment with a student?
Student sessions usually run between September and July (ex Half Terms), and class times vary each day meaning that not all treatments are available every day. These also change throughout the academic year based on students abilities but are reviewed frequently so we can offer as many appointments as possible.
How long will my appointment last?
As a training academy, we aim to teach and coach our students to work to commercial timings, but appointment can last longer due to the nature of the learning environment. When you book an appointment, we can give you an estimate of how long your appointment will last.
Can I book appointments with students at evenings or weekends?
Most of our students will provide some treatments at weekends or in the evenings, but again, this is limited. We'd advise booking as far in advance as possible.
What happens when the students are there?
We employ a front of house team, as well as a team of fully qualified stylists and therapists that are available all year around. Outside of term times, treatments are only available with the Pro Team.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may offer a shorter service/treatment, or have to cancel your appointment completely.
I'd like to book a Spa day with treatments. How do I do this?
If you call the Salon on 02920 250450, we'll look at availability. It may not always be possible to fit in treatments during your spa session at short notice, or if the student class you were looking for isn't scheduled to run, but we'll always try our best to find something for you. The Luxury Spa Package requires at 50% deposit when booking, which will come off your final bill.
Do you do any discounts or offers?
All offers will go on our social media accounts. Discounts vary, and may be introduced or removed at any point, so it's always best to call us to double check.
I would like my eyebrows/eyelashes tinted. What do I do?
As a training establishment we follow best practice and industry guidelines, so you'll need to come for a Skin Test 24 hours before your appointment. This will need to be repeated if you haven't had your lashes or brows tinted by us in the last 28 days.
I would like my hair dyed. What do I do?
As a training establishment we follow best practice and industry guidelines, so you'll need to come for a Skin Test at least 48 hours before your appointment. This will need to be repeated if you haven't had your hair coloured by us in the last year.
I would like a colour correction. How long will this take?
If you are looking to go very dark to light, light to dark, or have a lot of different colours, this is called a colour correction. Colour corrections are done after an initial consultation only, where we will discuss the processes, expectations and risks. It may not be possible to complete your colour correction in one visit.
